“Redemption isn’t for everyone”

The CIA is orchestrating a covert op supplying South American guerillas with weapons.
They are paying for these weapon shipments thanks to their deals with
a Mexican drug cartel. However, their best laid plans are threatened to be uncovered
when DEA Special Agent Castillo, who was about to reveal the names, accomplices
and smuggling routes , is kidnapped and tortured. The CIA must now find alternative
suppliers, eliminate those who know of their illegal operation, and prevent their
involvement to be revealed.

The CIA blackmails former child soldier and Colombian paramilitary hitman Gabriel
Vega into stealing a shipment of cocaine to help them put their operation back on track.
What was supposed to be a simple heist takes a complicated turn when the CIA decides
to eliminate some of the collateral liabilities and ask Gabriel for more.

With the DEA and FBI on his tracks and the drug cartel leaders wanting their shipment
back, Gabriel finds himself in a race against time trying to save himself, his pregnant
girlfriend and his best friend’s life without revealing his true identity.

ROGUES is an explosive blend of the BOURNE trilogy, TRAFFIC and 24; combining
John Woo-type action sequence with a gritty independent South American flair. More
than an action thriller, it is a character driven study of man’s quest for redemption, at
his attempt to make up for his past sins only to find himself questioning where he truly
belongs. ROGUES is set to be a trilogy.
